Cru Social LLC – Terms and Conditions of Use

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Cru is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful;
• Upload viruses, malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Services;
• Use the platform to solicit commercial activity unless authorized;
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliations.

Cru reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these standards at our sole discretion.

4. Content Ownership and License

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post, but by posting on Cru, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services.
• Platform Content: All intellectual property on the platform, including logos, trademarks, design, and proprietary code, is owned by or licensed to Cru Social LLC. You may not use or reproduce it without express permission.

5. Professional and Aviation Disclaimers

Cru is not a certifying authority or employer. Any aviation-related posts, endorsements, or qualifications shared on the platform are user-generated and not verified by Cru. Users must exercise independent judgment before relying on information shared via the platform.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or Cru.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." CRU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRU SOCIAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cru Social LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
